A contractor will be installing a waterline on Fourth Street at Adams Street and will be restricting traffic to one lane in this area from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 5 and 6.

A tree contractor will be working on a tree on Pinehurst Road and will need to close one lane of traffic between Pennsylvania Ave and Robin Way from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 5.
