Louis J. Lendl, 87, of Whitehall, died Nov. 17, 2018. He was the husband of the late Shirley A. (Polakovich) Lendl.

Born in Coplay, he was a son of the late Louis L. and Mary (Gaston) Lendl.

He was in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He was employed by the former Fuller Company, Catasauqua, before retiring.

He was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

He is survived by two sisters, Maryann Moran and Jeanette Prozonic; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a son, John; two brothers, Joseph and James; and a sister, Rosemarie Miraglia.

There will be a calling time 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, followed by a Mass of Christian burial 11:30 a.m. at the church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, 18037, both Dec. 7.
