Loretta G. Pondelek, 92, died Nov. 5, 2018, at The Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the wife of the late Alfred C. Pondelek, who died in March 2006. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late George and Myrtle (Stock) Deily.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie, where she was the sexton and the primary department superintendent of the Sunday School program for more than 30 years. She was also a member of the Martha-Mary Society and the Macungie Grange.

She was previously the co-owner of Pondelek Greenhouse in Upper Milford.

She is survived by children, Judy Reppert, Leda Wimmer and Alfred “Chuck” and his wife, Gail; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Lila Cottage.
