Lisa A. Durnin, 54, of Elkton, Md., formerly of Emmaus, died Nov. 9, 2018, with her sister at her side at Seasons Hospice, Baltimore, Md. after a brief illness. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Dennis) Durnin.
She was a graduate of Emmaus High School and East Stroudsburg University.
She was an intensive outpatient therapist at Aquila, Del. for over 20 years working with youth her entire career. She loved her “kids” and changed many lives over the course of her career.
She is survived by a sister, Rita and her husband Robert Linn, her companion, Petey Jones, and Daisy Mae, her beloved doxie. She was predeceased by brothers William, Robert and John.

A calling hour will be 10 to 11 a.m. Nov. 17 at Bethany United Methodist Church, 1208 Brookside Road, Wescosville. A celebration of her life will immediately follow 11 a.m.
