Sarah Elizabeth Hoover, 35, of Coplay, died Oct. 19, 2018, in her shared living home.

She was the beloved daughter of Joan M. (Brelsford) Hoover and the late David S. Hoover Ph.D.

She loved the water, Chick-fil-A french fries and Target.

She attended school at Whitehall-Coplay, Northwestern Lehigh, Parkland and Allentown school districts, before graduating from Pocono Mountain East High School in 2004.

She also attended programs at LifePath, Community Services Group, The LIFT Center, and shared living through Impact, Keystone Human Services and RHD.

In addition to her loving mother, she is survived by a brother, James E. Hoover of New Tripoli; shared living mom and dad, Wendy-Jo Honzo-Vassa, Jan Honzo; shared living siblings Jillian Honzo-Vassa, Jantel Honzo-Vassa, Tami-Jean Honzo-Vassa, Reno Honzo-Vassa, Annabel Honzo-Vassa and Carol Ramsey, all of Coplay; and many aunts, uncles and cousins

She was predeceased by brother David Mark Hoover.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Nov. 3, in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309 Schnecksville, with the Rev. Ronald L. Kohl officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects 1-2 p.m. in the funeral home.
