The drawing begins 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Auxiliary of Northern Valley EMS, NOVA, will have a bake, soup, and sandwich sale in the social hall, 2375 Levans Road, Ormrod, on Election Day, Nov. 6.

Thanksgiving is on its way, and NOVA volunteers will be preparing homemade stuffing, bacon dressing, and nut rolls for the holiday.

Upper Lehigh Lions Club will be serving a spaghetti dinner at the Schnecksville Fire Co. pavilion 4-8 p.m. Nov. 10.

The 2019 edition of the Save Around/Enjoy the City book is available for purchase at Parkland Community Library.

The volume includes coupons for all kinds of stores such as Macy’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods, rental cars, restaurants and destinations such as the Lehigh Valley Zoo, Allentown Art Museum, Crayola Experience, and Knoebel’s Grove.

Profits from the sale of the books will be used to supplement library services.
