Katherine M. Danish, 57, of Slatington, died on Oct. 22, 2018, in her home.

She and her husband William A. Danish Jr. were married 30 years.

Born April 18, 1961, in Bethlehem, Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late John and Gladys (Rice) Bergeris.

She was a prekindergarten teacher at Park Avenue Kids Korner, Neffs, for the last seven years.

Before that, she worked at Union Church Pre-School, Neffs, and Guardian Life Insurance Co., Bethlehem.

She attended Hope Lutheran Church, Cherryville.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by children Abigail M. Danish at home, Austin B. Danish and his fiancée, Taryn M. Gaffney, at home, Morgane L. Danish of Catasauqua; and sister Michelle Cortright of Slatington.
