Dwight H. Snyder, 67, of Schnecksville, died Oct. 21, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born Sept. 13, 1951, in Allentown, he was the son of Marion L. (Hausman) Snyder of Schnecksville and the late Clifford C. Snyder.

He owned and operated the former Snyder’s Auto Repair, Schnecksville, for many years before retiring.

Before that, he worked in oil and gas exploration for Western Geophysical Corp. for several years.

He was a member of Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, and I.O.O.F. 192, Schnecksville.

He also was a member of the Lehigh Valley Camaro Club.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter Vicki A. Snyder of Schnecksville; sister Pamela C. Kelchner and her husband, Richard, of Fleetwood; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Craig K.
