The following roadwork will be occurring in the City of Bethlehem next week:

Adams Street: A contractor working at Fourth and Adams will be utilizing a crane on Adams Street which will necessitate an ongoing road closure for up to 2 weeks. The closure will be from Mechanic Street to Fourth Street. Access to the parking lot will need to be made through Webster Street. Emergency services will have access as needed.

Brodhead Ave and Packer Avenue: The contractor for the new Lehigh University Dorms on Brodhead Avenue will continue to work in the intersection of Brodhead and Packer avenues next week. Lane shifts and land closures will occur. The work is expected to continue through the week, weather dependent.

Third Street: The contractor for the new construction at Third and New streets will need to bring in a crane again next week to be placed in the right, eastbound lane on Third Street. The lane will be closed from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. each day for this work. The left, eastbound lane will remain open but be prepared for possible backups.
