Margaret R. Bearish, 86, of Emmaus, died in her home Oct. 20, 2018. She was the wife of the late Francis H. Bearish, who died Dec. 3, 2009. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Leopold and Eleanor (Krenn) Strobel.

She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus.

She was employed in the mailroom at Rodale Press until retiring.

She is survived by a son, Randal and his wife, Crissy; brothers, Edward Strobel and his wife, Edna, Walter Strobel and his wife, Eleanor and James Strobel. She was predeceased by a daughter, Cynthia E. McMullen, in 2006 and siblings, Raymond Strobel, Eleanor Dietz, Irene Kutish and Marie Embon.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Oct. 26 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus.
