William J. “Bill” Best, 57, of Germansville, died Oct. 13, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born Dec. 1, 1960, in Cheltenham, Philadelphia, he was the son of Elizabeth Foscari and the late James L. Best.

He was a fiber optic cable specialist for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 375 for 22 years.

In addition to his loving mother, he is survived by daughters Jennifer A. Best (Andy), Andrea L. Best Henninger (Bill); son Peter W. Best; companion, Kerry Taylor; sister Sue (Steve) Gallagher; brother Robert Best; and the mother of his children, Evelyn J. Best.

He was predeceased by his brother, David.
