Bernadine M. Busch, 77, of Whitehall, died Oct. 17, 2018. She was the wife of Joseph C. Busch Sr. for 54 years.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Hilda (Leitgeb) Keppel.

She was a 1959 graduate of Coplay High School.

She worked for the Lehigh Valley Educators Credit Union, Allentown, for 20 years, and retired as the payroll administrator in 2004.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Joseph C. Jr. and his wife Carol, Michael and his wife Tiffany and Daniel, all of Whitehall; four grandchildren, Matthew, Heather, Peter and Jacob; two sisters, Carol Mondjack and Constance and her husband Dennis Knopf, all of Whitehall; nieces; nephews; and extended family.

She was predeceased by an infant brother, Peter Keppel Jr.

There will be a viewing 6-8 p.m. Oct. 25 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall, 18052. There will be a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m. Oct. 26 at the church, 1046 W. Cedar St., Allentown, 18102.

Contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church’s building fund.
