Helen M. Quier
Helen M. Quier, 87, of Allentown, died on Sept. 20, 2018, in her home.
She was the wife of the late Edwin C. Quier.
Born Dec. 28, 1930, in Freemansburg, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Zawadski) Kusmick.
She worked at Food Avenue in Target, South Whitehall, for nine years.
Before that, she was a waitress at the former Village Inn, South Whitehall Township, for 32 years.
She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.
Her survivors include children Edward H. Quier (Carol) of Kittery, Maine, Richard D. Quier (Mary) of Orefield, Cynthia L. Laskoski (Michael) of Allentown, with whom she resided; grandchildren Jena H. Lilly, Adam J. Demetrovics, Joshua A. Keys (Krista), Nicholas A. Keys (Meghan), Brendan J. Quier, Ariel M. Quier, and Tiffany E. Sellitti (Mike); great-grandchildren Victoria A. Demetrovics, Jameson W. and Grayson S. Keys.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Constance A. Demetrovics.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Sept. 29 at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield.
The Rev. Paul Agyai will be the celebrant.
There will be no calling hours.
Interment will follow the service at Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville.
