Robert Francis Boehm, 82, of Schnecksville, died peacefully Sept. 12, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

He was a son of the late Carl and Mildred Boehm.

He and his devoted and loving wife, Janice, just celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he had a successful career in the printing industry and enjoyed going to work every day, as much as a round of golf with his buddies.

In his younger years, he honorably served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard, stationed in Kodiak, Alaska.

His retirement years were spent traveling with his wife and enjoying their country home where they lived in Kennerdell for 13 years.

No one loved the outdoors and nature more than he did.

If he was not going for a walk in the woods, he was on his John Deere tractor or in his workshop.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Russell, David, Michelle, Laura and Christopher; granddaughter Natalie; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his brother, Fred, and son Larry.

His services will be private.
