Dale J. “Doc” Stout, 77, of Salisbury Township, died Sept. 15, 2018, in his home. He was the husband of Frances H. “CieCie” (Pors) for 54 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Henry A. and Flossie R. (Hoch) Stout.

He was a lineman for Verizon and served in the military police in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury and was the youngest of 13 children.

He enjoyed meeting his friends at McDonald’s on South 4th Street.

He is survived by his wife; children, Dale Jr. (Amy), Melissa Labar (Josh), John (Crystal); grandchildren, Kyle, Josh Jr. and Lukas; brother, David; sister, Bette; nieces; nephews; cousins, including Jason Yaglowski.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 22 at The Meadows in Hellertown. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
