Ronald G. Savacool Sr., 69, of Orefield, died Aug. 27, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born Aug. 7, 1949, in Allentown, he was the son of the late William B. Sr. and Crisol G. (Mastoras) Savacool.

He was a car salesman for the former Krause Dodge, Schnecksville, and before that, Gilboy Ford, Whitehall.

He was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

His survivors include a son Ronald G. Jr. (Pam) of Bowmanstown; sisters Edna R. Nau (George) of Allentown, Denise G. Rothrock (Dennis) with whom he resided; five grandsons; one great-granddaughter; and companion Sheila Mohr of Mertztown.

He was predeceased by a brother William B. Jr.

His memorial service will be 10 a.m. Sept. 1 at Union UCC, 5550 Route 873, Neffs, with the Rev. Kris P. Snyder-Samuelson officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects 9-10 a.m. Saturday in the church.

Interment will follow the service at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs.
