Tara Lee (Prynn) Lang

Tara Lee Lang, 44, of Salisbury Township, formerly of Kingston, died Aug. 18, 2018, while at the St. Luke’s Hospice House. She was the wife of Kristopher Lang. They celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary earlier this month. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of Bonnie (Ronall) Hasiak, of Kingston and the late Dale Prynn. She was the stepdaughter of Michael Hasiak.

She held two masters’ degrees, one in psychology and the other in social work. She was a social worker for Colonial Intermediate Unit #20.

She was a member of Grace Community Church, Allentown.

She was a provider, a cancer warrior and she gave back to the cancer community as much as possible.

She was a proud mother, loving friend and a real-life wonder woman.

She is survived by her husband; daughters, Scarlet and Audrey, both at home; mother and stepfather; siblings, Andrew Prynn and his wife Mia, of Kingston, Margaret DeFranco, of Sweet Valley, Dale Prynn and his wife Megan, of Harveys Lake, Jamie and her husband Derek Lupini, of Kingston.

Contributions may be made to the Lang girls education fund, c/o the funeral home.

A calling period will be held 5 to 8 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., 274 N. Krocks Road, Allentown, 18106. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:30 a.m. Aug. 25 at Grace Community Church, 1290 Minesite Road, Allentown, 18103.
