Michael Charles Bilowith, 51, of Germansville, died Aug. 17, 2018, in his home.

He and his wife Christine (Eckhardt) Bilowith were married 14 years on April 24.

Born April 12, 1967, in Passaic, N.J., he was the son of Ruth Ann (Petrella) Bilowith of Millville, Del. and the late Charles Ronald Bilowith.

He was the general manager of Cracker Barrel, Hamburg, Berks County, since 2011.

Before that, he worked for Panera Bread in Virginia, Einstein Bros. Bagels in Arizona and owned the Bagel Factory in New Milford, N.J.

He was a member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Slatington.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by children Jack Michael, Grace Ann and Sophia Marie Bilowith, all at home; siblings John A. and his wife, Susan, and Kimberly Ann Connelly and her husband, Daniel, all of Skowhegan, Maine; niece Elizabeth and nephew Nicholas.
