Constance T. Harkins, 79, of Allentown, died Aug. 8, 2018.

She was the wife of the late Neil J. Harkins.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Kelly Layman and stepdaughter of the late Dorothy Layman.

Before retiring, she was a registered nurse in the Allentown area for EPGI Associates, and previously at Good Shepherd Home and Sacred Heart Hospital.

She was a faithful member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Allentown.

She also enjoyed being part of the Red Hat Society.

Her survivors include sons Craig S. and his wife, Wendy, of Delran, N.J., Michael and his wife, Lisa, of Fogelsville; grandchildren Shannan, Brandon and Kohl; and step-grandchildren Avery, Andrea and Ryan.

Contributions may be made to the church.
