John C. Wagner, 97, of Emmaus, died July 28, 2018. He was the husband of the late Stella (Koneski) Wagner, who died in 2012. Born in Kutztown, he was the son of the late John N. and Florence E. (Schadler) Wagner.

He was employed at Air Products and Chemicals for 39 years until retiring as a truck driver.

He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Emmaus and a life member of the Emmaus Mercantile Club.

He is survived by a brother, Bruce and his wife, Jean; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Dale J.J., in 2005; brothers, Billy and Carson.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Aug. 1 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A calling hour will be noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 1 in the funeral home.
