AblePay joins the downtown businesses

Bethlehem based AblePay Health has relocated to join Bethlehem’s Historic Main Street business community with second- and third-floor offices at 574 Main St. AblePay Health is a no-cost benefit available to business entities and individuals.

According to founder and CEO John Fistner, AblePay is the only provider offering these kinds of services, which are designed to assist healthcare patients with deductibles and co-pays.

“Nationally, healthcare providers return roughly $.35 on the dollar,” Fistner says.

AblePay contracts with providers to gain additional discounts for clients because of arrangements with the healthcare industry. This gives clients a flexible payment term, the buying power of additional discounts, and an advocacy component, according to Fistner who noted that 70 percent of people generally have no more than $1,000 in savings to cover deductibles and co-pay expenses.

He went on to explain that patients only need to submit their AblePay Heath cards with health insurance cards at the time of service.

An official office opening with ceremonial ribbon cutting took place June 14 as AblePay’s 10 employees were joined by Mayor Bob Donchez and downtown business representatives to celebrate the opening of their new location.

AblePay may be contacted by calling 484-292-4000 or emailing support@ablepayhealth.com.
