Pennsylvania State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, is seeking a suspect wanted for an attempted homicide.

The incident happened in the 600 block of Carriage Road, East Allen Township, just after 6 a.m. July 16.

According to police, the victim, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was trying to break up a physical altercation when the known suspect, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, stabbed the victim in the chest with a folding knife.

The suspect fled the scene in a blue Honda Pilot SUV.

The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported by EMS. Police reports say he was stabilized following medical intervention.
