Sarah R. Hamilton, 84, of Allentown, formerly of Astoria, N.Y., died July 21, 2018, in her home.

She was the wife of the late Donald J. Hamilton.

Born Oct. 6, 1933, in New York City, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late John and Daisy (Arcurio) Gallino.

She was a member of Nativity Lutheran Church, Allentown.

Her survivors include children Larry C. Hamilton of Washington, Dr. Karen A. Patenaude and her husband, Timothy, of Orefield, Steven D. Hamilton of New York City; grandchildren Ryan, Lindsay, Drew and Dana; and great-grandchildren Ella and Logan.
