Leon L. Grim, 83, of Fellowship Community, formerly of Schnecksville, died July 14, 2018, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall.

He and his wife Althea A. (Bachman) Grim were married 62 years.

Born May 14, 1935, in Weisenberg Township, he was the son of the late Sylvester and Mabel (Kocher) Grim.

He was a representative of Thrivent Financial for 22 years before retiring.

A member of Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, he served multiple terms on the church council.

He was a volunteer at Northern Lehigh Food Bank and a member of Schnecksville Grange 1684.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons Timothy S. Grim (Peggy) of Kutztown, Michael G. Grim (Janice) of New Castle; brother Willard Grim (Barbara) of Topton; sister Ella Schaller of Allentown; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

He was predeceased by a son, Keith L.
