Alfred J. Chaputer, 87 of Coplay, North Whitehall Township, died July 8, 2018.

Born May 20, 1931, in Meyersville, he was the son of the late John and Catherine (Stefancik) Chaputer.

A farmer all of his life, he was a member of St. John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton.

His survivors include nieces Barbara A. Supp and Carol K., wife of David Rabenold; sister-in-law Janet Chaputer and cousins.

He was predeceased by brother, Edward, and sisters Helen Toth and Marilyn Supp.
