Urbano Mexican Kitchen and Bar at 526 Main St. in Bethlehem made its opening official at a ceremonial ribbon cutting on May 8 with public officials and members of the local business community in attendance. “Thank you for your investment, commitment and faith in our downtown,” Mayor Bob Donchez said.
