According to a media release from Pennsylvania State Police, at approximately 1:30 p.m. June 14 a Milford Township road crew member was operating a tractor cutting the grass along the roadside of Brick Tavern Road. The mower traveled over an object that produced a sound similar to an explosion.
Upon exiting the tractor, the township worker observed an area of the ground that was disturbed. There were no injuries to the township worker and no visible damage to the tractor. The investigation is ongoing and is believed to be connected to previous events throughout Bucks County.
The Pennsylvania State Police are actively involved in the investigation of this incident with the assistance of local and federal agencies. Police appreciate the calls and tips from the public and ask that the public continue to contact police with such information.
