Llewellyn P. “Yon” Hottenstein, 88, of Allentown, died June 13, 2018.

He was the husband of the late Jane E. (Holschwander) Hottenstein.

Born May 6, 1930, in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Llewellyn L. and Verna (Dorney) Hottenstein.

He was employed at Spirax Sarco Inc. formerly in Allentown for 27 years before retiring in 1996.

An avid fisherman, he also enjoyed playing cards.

His survivors include sisters Arlene Hadinger of Macungie, Burdine Sterner of Bethlehem, Fay Benner of Allentown; brother Roland Hottenstein of Kutztown; many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Evelyn Sherer.
