Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.
MAY 1
At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., police sought information regarding a juvenile case.
At 115 Pine St., a parking ticket was issued.
A dispute between a husband and wife occurred in the 700 block of Limestone Street.
On Pine Street, police investigated a hazardous condition. A manhole cover was put back in place.
MAY 2
Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in making a contact in the 300 block of School Street.
In the 100 block of Front Street, police received a report of a car parking in someone’s spot.
Officers investigated a civil matter in the 200 block of Church Street.
Katiria Rivera-Ortiz, 35, of Catasauqua, was arrested for simple assault and physical harassment and contact.
A cable was pulled down by a truck in the 100 block of Walnut Street. RCN was notified.
No-parking signs were issued in the 500 block of Walnut Street.
MAY 3
A dog barking in the 200 block of Second Street was reported. The owner was warned.
In the 100 block of Bridge Street, a dispute between a landlord and tenant occurred.
Police assisted a driver in the 500 block of Bethlehem Road. The vehicle was moved.
On Race Street, an animal complaint investigation was referred to an animal control officer.
MAY 4
Officers assisted Coplay police on North Second Street.
On Front Street, a wanted person was turned over to Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department.
Police sought information in the 300 block of Front Street regarding a missing adult.
At Sheckler Elementary School, 201 N. 14th St., police investigated a custody issue.
A theft occurred in the 300 block of Church Street.
A parking ticket was issued in the 700 block of Second Street.
The department received noise complaints in the 700 block of Front Street.
A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred in the 200 block of Front Street.
MAY 5
A theft case in the 500 block of Second Street was referred to a U.S. Postal Service inspector.
A theft case in the 200 block of High Street was referred to Pennsylvania State Police-Bethlehem.
Police investigated a disturbance report in the 300 block of Church Street. There was a family dispute over a cellphone.
An item was thrown at a residence in the 800 block of Church Street.
On Race Street, a brother and sister were arguing, police said.
