Willard Mundy, 79, of Emmaus, died April 18, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Marguerite Mundy-Hackman.

He was a labor leader in the beam yards at Bethlehem Steel for 29 years before retiring. After retirement, he worked part time at Graham Security Police Inc., Macungie, for eight years.

He is survived by daughters, Tina and her husband Jose “Manny” Cruz, of Bethlehem, Tammy Awckland, of Center Valley; son, Edward A., of Center Valley; former wife, Mary A. (Wimmer) Mundy, of Bath; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson.

Arrangements were made by the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
