Viola Seidel, 91, of Wescosville, died April 29, 2018. She was the wife of the late George Seidel. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Gustav and Henrietta (Pummer) Tamerler.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Breinigsville.

She was one of the first woman school bus drivers in the East Penn School District. She retired from Kraft Foods after 14 years of service.

She is survived by children, Cynthia L. and her husband Steve Okun, Dale G. and his wife Ann Marie and Glenn H.; brother, Walter and his wife Barbara; sisters, Henrietta and her husband Stanley Younger and Shirley Boger; grandchildren, Sara-Michelle, David, Tamara, James, Micah and Brad; eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by grandchildren, Dallas and Adam.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Schmoyer Funeral Home, Breinigsville.
