Betty A. Snyder, 89, of Kutztown and formerly of Quakertown, died peacefully April 27, 2018, at Kutztown Manor. She was the wife of the late William E. Bergstresser and Harold W. Snyder. Born in Geryville, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Blumie (Yorkey) Gaugler.

She is survived by daughters, Fay and her husband Lester Hoff, and Lugene and her husband Scott Wendling; stepdaughter, Starr and her husband Gerald Dreisbach; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four siblings. She was predeceased by her children, JoAnn and Kevin Bergstresser and Diane Geist.

Services will be held 10 a.m. May 2 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. Calling hour will be held 9 to 10 a.m. May 2 in the funeral home.
