Gloria Cora Peter Graeffe Pool died peacefully April 25, 2018, in Allentown.

She was the wife of the late Jack Graeffe and the late Leonard Pool between 1968 and 1975.

She was the daughter of the late Ida and Oliver Peter.

A graduate of Allentown Hospital School of Nursing, she received a master’s degree in public health at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Her greatest gift was love of family.

Her survivors include a son J. Peter Graeffe; daughters Jane Witheridge and Kristin Selden; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Howard; sister, Alice Peter Eaton; and brother, Howard.
