Betty A. Snyder, 89, of Kutztown, formerly of Quakertown, died peacefully April 27, 2018, in Kutztown Manor.

She was the wife of the late William E. Bergstresser and Harold W. Snyder.

Born in Geryville, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Blumie (Yorkey) Gaugler.

Her survivors include daughters Fay Hoff and her husband, Lester, and Lugene Wendling and her husband, Scott; stepdaughter Starr Dreisbach and her husband, Gerald; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four siblings.

She was predeceased by her children JoAnn and Kevin Bergstresser, and Diane Geist.
