Sarah Beth George, 37, of Coplay, died April 18, 2018, in the home of her parents, Richard A. George II and Barbara A. (Leshko) George, with whom she resided.

Born Oct. 9, 1980, in Allentown, she was a 2006 graduate of Kutztown University, with a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education,

She was a substitute teacher in the Northampton and Whitehall school districts. Before that, she taught first grade at Central Elementary School, Allentown.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Egypt, Whitehall.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children Jaden Joseph Rivera and Joylyn Heleen George-Knight, both at home.
