David J. Sterner, 40, of Red Hill, died April 12, 2018, in Allentown.

Born in Reading, he was a son of George K. Sterner of Bechtelsville; and Linda D. (Dodson) Wojciechowski, wife of Gerald Wojciechowski, of Macungie.

He attended Boyertown School District and Lehigh Carbon Community College.

He was formerly a tree trimmer with Green Shadow Tree Service, Hellertown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers Drew and his wife, Karen Deluca of North Coventry; Jonathan and his wife, Karen of Barto; sisters Laurie, and her husband, Eric Flenner of Los Angeles; Katie and her husband, Eric Renner, of Hawley, Minn; Leah of Bechtelsville, daughter of Antje Fryer; four nephews and a niece.
