Emma L. Silvers, 96, formerly of Emmaus, died April 12, 2018, at Heather Glen Senior Living, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Dr. Murray S. Silvers, who died in 1990. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late William and Florence (Schaeffer) Smink.

She was a graduate of Liberty High School and assisted her late husband in his optometric practice in Allentown.

She is survived by daughters, Tina and her husband Robert Ulaner, Jana and her husband John Haberern; grandchildren, Lauren, Benjamin and Andrew; step-grandchildren, John Jr., Bethann, Jill and Max; seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, William Smink and a sister, Lucille Packard.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
