Minnie E. White, 88, formerly of Emmaus, died March 23, 2018, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late Lester E. White Jr., who died in 2017. Born in Nazareth, she was the daughter of the late Walter E. and Berdie (Smith) Abel.

She was a member of St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, Emmaus, where she worked as the secretary from 1964 to 1973.

She was a club member of the Emmaus Woman’s Club and the National Secretary Association.

She is survived by sons, Martin E. and his wife Kathleen, of Elida, Ohio, David W., of Emmaus; grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary, Timothy and AJ; great-grandchildren, Emma Kate, Jack, Andrew and Julia.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the church, 150 Elm St., Emmaus, 18049.

Services will be 10 a.m. March 28 at the Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown. Calling begins 9 a.m. at the funeral home.
