Ronald W. Bauer Jr.

Ronald W. Bauer Jr., 54, of Lehighton, died March 16, 2018, from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicular accident on Route 443, in West Penn Township, Schuylkill County.

Born Jan. 2, 1964, in Allentown, he was the son of Ronald W. Bauer Sr. of Summit Hill and Penelope M. (Gogel) Frederick of Lansford.

A 1982 graduate of Parkland High School, he was employed at Welded Construction Commercial Contractor, Lebanon.

Before that, he was a truck driver for J Conti LLC, J&R Slaw Inc., Ametek, Savage Services, Culligan and Techna Plastics.

Having a zeal for life, he was a member of East Penn Sporting Club, Bowmanstown Rod and Gun Club, Lehighton Orioles Club, East Coast 4-Wheel Drive Association, Tuff Trucks Inc., Line Mountain 4-Wheelers and Flying Aces Motorcycle Club.

He was a Jeep and Corvette aficionado.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Kyle W. and his wife, Gina, of Walnutport; sister Tina M. Passaro and her husband, Brian, of Effort; and a granddaughter Hailey A. Bauer.

A remembrance gathering will take place 3-6 p.m. March 22 at East Penn Sporting Club, 61 Club Lane, Lehighton.
