NAHS students set to perform

“The Addams Family,” with the ironically macabre characters, created by Charles Addams for his single-panel gag cartoons, will soon lurch about the stage at Northampton Area High School.

Gianna Beleno is the director and choreographer of the NAHS production. Assisting her are music director Phil Diaz, pit director Angela Mitchell and set designer Damon Gelb. Tony Beleno is the set builder and adviser. Dan Crawford handles lighting and sound.

“We are very excited for the production of ‘The Addams Family’ this year!” Beleno said, adding, “The Addamses are a family near and dear to many people, and the musical is a hilarious and nostalgic addition to their story.”

Show times are 7 p.m. March 22-24 and 2 p.m. March 25. The show will be held in the auditorium of the high school, 1619 Laubach Ave.
