Elizabeth H. “Betty” Gorr, 91, of Breinigsville, died March 13, 2018, at home.

She was the wife of the late Donald J. Gorr Sr.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Gertrude (Bittner) Kuhns.

She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Trexlertown.

Past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Good Will Fire Company No. 1, Trexlertown, she was a member more than 60 years.

She was an avid bingo player.

Her survivors include sons Martin J., Gary L. (Linda), Dale A.; daughters Patricia Kistler (Michael), Judith A. Mohr (Charles), and Mary A. Engle; brothers Martin Jr., and Richard; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son Donald J. Jr.; daughters Barbara A. Gross and Deborah J. Quier; grandson Ryan Engle; brothers Henry, Paul and Willard; and sisters Eva Potzman, Lillian Mohr, Martha Faust and Edna Geidner.

Services will be 11 a.m. March 24 at Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital c/o the funeral home.
