Willis F. Schaffer, 97, from Fogelsville, died Feb. 22, 2018, at home.

He was the widower of Pauline (Faust) Schaffer.

Born in Upper Macungie Township, he was the son of the late Edgar and Beulah Schaffer.

A farmer in Upper Macungie Township all his life, he was a member of the Whitehall Bible Fellowship Church and an active follower of God. He was a member of Fogelsville Senior Citizens.

His survivors include a son, Dennis D. of Breinigsville; daughter, Jean M. Smith of Macungie; grandchildren Amy Leibenguth, David Schaffer and Brian and Stephen Smith; and nine great-grandchildren.

His service will be private. Interment at Fogelsville Union Cemetery.
