Ryszard Rokicki, 62, of Emmaus, died Feb. 18, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the beloved husband of Malgorzata E. (Przyziolkiewicz) Rokicki. They would have celebrated 17 years of marriage on Feb. 22. Born in Torun, Poland, he was the son of the late Mieczyslaw C. and Eugenina (Basarewska) Rokicki.

He was the owner of Electrobright in Macungie for about the last 30 years. He was an ambitious inventor and held several patents in the electropolishing metal field.

He enjoyed gardening, walking, spending time with family and pets and had a passion for history.

He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Coopersburg.

He is survived by his wife; son, Adam R.; siblings, Jolanta Tipler and Andrzej .

A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Feb. 23 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 5050 St. Joseph’s Road, Coopersburg, 18036. A calling period will be held 10:30 to 11 a.m. Feb. 23 in the church. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Emmaus.
