George S. Lane Jr, 59, of Bath, died Feb. 12, 2018, in University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia.

He and his wife Caron M. (Billman) Lane celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary last Oct. 14.

Born in Plainfield, N.J., he was a son of George S. Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth (Anderson) Lane.

A 1977 graduate of Parkland High School, and Allentown Business School, he worked for Gardner Cryogenics, a division of APCI, for the last 27 years.

He was a volunteer firefighter with Woodlawn and Greenawalds fire companies, and played in the dart league at Woodlawn Fire Company more than 20 years.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son Scott; grandson Dylan; brothers John and wife, Carol, and Christopher and wife, Melissa; sisters Margaret Lane, Catherine Sames; Jennifer Branham and husband, Thomas; nieces and nephews.
