Whitehall High School graduate Ean McCloud earned his Eagle Scout March 3, 2017.

With the help of church and troop members, he updated the nursery, Sunday school room and dining area at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Mickleys, 2918 MacArthur Road, Whitehall.

McCloud started Cub Scouts when he was in first grade and crossed over to Troop 79 from Stiles.

He attended Lehigh Carbon Community College and transferred to Edinboro University in the fall to finish his bachelor’s degree in animation.

He is the son of Mike and Robin McCloud of Whitehall. His brother Connor is also an Eagle Scout, and his brother Michael is a Life Scout.
