James B. Chandler, 79, of Breinigsville, died Jan. 31, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
He and his wife Ruth L. (Rohe) Chandler were married for 57 years last October.
Born in Chattanooga, Tenn., he was a son of the late Margaret (Ford) Chandler.
He and his wife owned and operated Chandler Drywall for more than 30 years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He enjoyed spending time and relaxing in Auburn, his little “slice of heaven.”
He was very proud of and enjoyed spending time with all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Richard D. of Alburtis; daughter Lynda M. Fell of Quakertown; grandchildren Nichole and Anthony Passerini, Nathan and Laura Fell, Natasha and Daniel Scholl, Narissa Fell and Keith Wescott, Nicholas Fell and Samantha Wismer; and great-grandchildren Britney, Kayse, Gavin, Liliana, Sophia, Bryce, Addison and Blake.
