Joan M. Wentz, 83, of Germansville, died on Jan. 7, 2018, in her home.

She was the wife of the late Robert F. Wentz.

Born June 11, 1934, in Heidelberg Township, she was the daughter of the late William G. and Florence (Kunkle) Rauch.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of Heidelberg Union Church, Slatington.

Her survivors include children Laura E. Kilmer (Thomas) of Souderton, Christopher E. Wentz of Kempton, Lucas A. Wentz (Lisa) of Kutztown, Kurt A. Wentz (Holly) of Germansville, Rebecca E. Wentz and her companion, William F. Schell, of Orefield; sisters Gloria Heintzelman (Lee) of New Tripoli, Susan Rauch of Barr, France; and seven grandchildren.

Her service will be private. There will be no calling hours.
