Susan L. Snyder, 78, of Upper Macungie Township, died Dec. 30, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of the late Frank R. Snyder II.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Christine (Dannecker) Horn.

She graduated from Allentown High School and Abington School of Nursing.

A member of First Presbyterian Church of Allentown, she volunteered at Westminster Village, and enjoyed family, friends, gardening, fishing, playing bridge, Lehigh wrestling and Disney World.

Her survivors include sons Frank III and wife, Kathy, Jeffrey and wife, Kelly; grandsons Frank IV, Timothy II, Benjamin, Chad, Kyle; and brother William and wife, Cindy.

She was predeceased by her son, Timothy.

Her services are private. Contributions may be made to the church or to Lehigh University.
