Lila M. Kistler, 87, of New Tripoli, died Dec.18, 2017, in Cornerstone Living in New Tripoli.
She and her husband Floyd Kistler were married 66 years in June.
Born in Berks County, she was the daughter of the late William and Elsie (Mohn) Kamp.
A seamstress for various mills in the Lehigh Valley for many years, she then was a cook at Cornerstone Living for five years.
She was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of Jerusalem “Red” Church, Kempton.
She was also a member of the Kutztown Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Linda, wife of Guy Bieber of Macungie; son Larry and wife, Susan, of Kempton; grandchildren Adam Bieber, Alyssa Wessner, Katie Hafer and Wyatt Kistler; great grandchildren Liam Hafer and Monet Becker; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by many brothers and sisters.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Dec. 23 at Jerusalem “Red” Church, with the Rev. Bill Albright officiating.
