Phillip P. Palmer, 69, of Kutztown, died on Dec. 1, 2017, in The Lutheran Home at Topton.
He was the husband of the late Connie L. (Arndt) Palmer.
Born in Lehigh County, he was a son of the late Earl and Margaret Palmer.
He was a self-employed bricklayer in the Lehigh Valley for many years.
A member of St. Catherine of Sienna, Allentown, he loved the outdoors and hunting.
He was a member of the North End Rod and Gun Club, New Tripoli.
His survivors include a son Patrick of Breinigsville; daughters Pamela Kline of New Tripoli and Shannon, wife of Ross Rinkinen, of Michigan; stepson Craig Deppe and wife, Erin, of Emmaus; stepdaughter Chrystal Brunson of Harrisburg; brother David of Illinois; sisters Susan, wife of Gary Stengel, of Allentown and Sally Harkins of Colorado; five grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son Phillip Jr.
